Warranty Policy

Core Home, LLC d/b/a BKLYN STEEL CO™ offers a limited 1-year warranty on kitchen appliances purchased through authorized distributors and retailers.


This warranty begins on the date of original retail purchase, applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase from the United States or Canada is required for all warranty claims.

Product Registration

To help confirm eligibility and speed up support, we also recommend registering your product after purchase on our registration page which you can find here


This warranty applies only to products purchased for personal, family, or household use. It does not apply to products purchased for resale or commercial use, unless otherwise required by law.


We may ask you to provide photos and/or video of the issue to help us troubleshoot the problem and determine warranty eligibility.

 


 

 

What’s Covered

 


If your BKLYN STEEL CO™ kitchen appliance is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal household use within 1 year of the original purchase date, we may, at our discretion:

 

  • repair the product using new or refurbished parts

  • replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value

 


Any refurbished product or part will be comparable in performance and function to the original.


If we replace your product, warranty coverage will continue for either:

 

  • 6 months from the date you receive the replacement, or

  • the remainder of the original 1-year warranty

 


whichever is longer.

 


 

 

What’s Not Covered

 


This warranty does not cover:

 

  • normal wear and tear of parts that are expected to wear over time or require routine replacement

  • wearable or removable parts such as funnels, water reservoirs, water reservoir lids, bean hoppers, or bean hopper lids

  • damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, neglect, or improper handling

  • damage caused by failure to follow product instructions, warnings, cleaning, or maintenance guidelines

  • products that have been altered, tampered with, or repaired by anyone not authorized by BKLYN STEEL CO™

  • products used for commercial, business, or non-household purposes

  • products purchased, used, or operated outside of North America

  • damage caused during return shipping

  • damage caused by events outside normal control, including fire, flood, hurricanes, or tornadoes

  • incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by applicable law

Important Notes

 

BKLYN STEEL CO™ is not responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned to our Customer Service Center.


To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.


Some states, provinces, or jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by location.

 


 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

 

If your appliance is not working properly under normal household use during the warranty period, please contact us at helpdesk@brooklynsteelco.com


To help us process your claim, please have the following ready:

  • proof of purchase

  • product registration information, if available

  • photos and/or video of the issue, if requested

 

Our Customer Service team will review the issue, help troubleshoot the problem, and provide return and packing instructions if your product qualifies for warranty service.


If your claim is approved, BKLYN STEEL CO™ will cover the cost of shipping the unit to our Customer Service Center.
